The Origin Story

Here’s my origin story (everyone loves a story…)

From a family business pedigree from since the 1850’s – one of the founding establishments of colonial Australia.  Commenced working in early 1980’s in one of the family businesses (agriculture) and involved myself in business from the mid 1980’s.  Completed a university degree in 1994 in mechanical engineering and then invested time into oil and gas sector with Australian companies of BP, Australian national oil company Santos and WorleyParsons (20,000 people) and GHD (6,000 people).

In 2008 I saw the change coming in the world economy and selected the Middle East to start up business again. I was with British oil & gas consultants Amec (22,000 people) and then the national oil company Kuwait Oil Company before going into projects in the region.
